4 Easy Steps to have a great week
Step 1 : Forgive yourself, take a deep breath it’s a brand new week! This is a week that you have never seen before. And guess what ?You can experience it in a way that you have NEVER experienced it before. Starting a new week is a beautiful thing, it’s a fresh start and it is so important for you to start with the right mindset.
Step 2: Reflect. Take 5 minutes to think about what went well last week . Don’t forget to think about what totally sucked too. This step may be painful. But you cannot improve unless you know what you did wrong. Think of it as a way to make yourself better!
Step 3: Game plan . What do you need to do this week that’s urgent and important? Figure that out in this step. You need to put anything on your to do list that you can not afford to delay. Step 4 : Kill It!Execute with allllll of your might and strength and vigor. In this step you need to SHOW up and SHOW out for yourself. No one will do it for you ! Remember to leave room for distractions , take breaks (don’t over do it).
